still no service from this company its been a month plus

it seems to me that the Helo Peter system does not allow any direct contact details to be shared , twice you requested twice I immediately responded on the comments portion still i,m stuck without a drill machine , I asked you to arrange with Alberton branch for a refund but once again service non existing If you look at the Helo Peter % on your company is 53% terrible service 2% is happy the rest is from bad to not good please guys everybody sees this my next step will be to go on multi media facebook and actually put it on there please lets solve this
