still in the dark

I have in good faith bought two 6.5kVA 220V Petrol MGENER / 551 generators for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law respectively on Thursday 16th April 2015, after continuously having to follow up with Adendorff since September last year (2014) and only getting joy from Riaan in April of this year I paid for and picked them up however one of the units box was badly damaged and when pointing it out was told the contents will be fine and had nothing to worry about.<br> <br> Post driving to my mother-in-law and setting the first one up for her in the back of my bakkie it worked first time post having connected and built up the unit in its entirety, it was then offloaded and now resides in her garage. The second unit (the damaged box) went to my sister-in-law which while trying to assemble in the back of the bakkie had parts not aligning as well as holes not lining up either and upon closer inspection was quite badly damaged above the exhaust ... it was not offloaded and post having driving around with it for a while gave it back to Adendorff post complaining and awaiting a replacement. <br> <br> I keep hearing, \next week"and quite frankly am not impressed at all at the moment."""
