Prompt & exceptionally helpful

I bought an air tool Saturday morning at the Centurion branch which did not live up to my standards. I needed to exchange it and while writing an e-mail to their customer service dept the following afternoon I wasn't anticipating much to result. I was pleasantly surprised when the Centurion branch manager phoned me early Monday morning informing me that I could exchange the item, also providing a recommendation on which tool would better serve my requirement. Because I work in the East Rand he had already contacted the manager of the Boksburg branch a few km's from my place of work to confirm stock of the proposed item and arranged that I exchange the tool there. The item was exchanged at the latter branch by people just as helpful and friendly! Knowledgeable and helpful at this level are rare finds nowadays. Henceforth Adendorff is my first stop for the acquisition of tools!
