Power Plus Burnout at Adendorffs

On the 26/1/2001 we purchased a substantial order from your Durban North Branch. We opted to go with the Power Plus 20V cordless drills. We began using these drills on the 1st February. By the 17th February the first drill chuck no longer worked and on the 18th the second drill burnt out. (Maybe not the correct technical terms) On Saturday the 20th February I took the two drills in to the Durban North branch. Today the 25th I contacted the branch and was informed of the 7/15 day turn around on the drills. Firstly, considering that these tools had been used for less than three weeks and we have another two drills still operating I am not of the opinion that these should be repaired but replaced as there is a manufacturer’s warranty of 36 months. Sent a mail to them on the 25/2 to both the branch *** and *** and as YET have had ZERO response or acknowledgement of the mail or an update on the Drills repair/replacement status.
