Poor service

Good day

My complaint is regarding the terrible customer service that was received at your welkom branch, on the 6th of January i requested a price and availability on a fuel tap via telephone with the manager Ray and he told me that he will let me know as soon as possible as he was still on leave but he will be back on the 7th January , by the 9th of January i still havent received any feedback, i then sent a friend of mine with the sample of the tap that i wanted on the 10th of January, this part was ordered and promised to arrive with the next truck from head office, today is the 29th of January and i still havent received my order, i spoke to Ray and no valid answers couldn't be given accept that he he reseved a truck on the 17th of January but he isn't sure if my item came, he then asked his fellow employee and he also had no valid answer as to where my order was that i placed 19 days ago? Obviously no one has a clue whats going on there, i honestly feel this is very unprofessional and this has not been the first time, i had a bad experience previously regarding spares that take forever to arrive im really at i point where i wont support your company or refer anyone to your company.
