Poor experience.

I contacted their customer care regarding a generator that I bought at the Vereeniging branch. Despite a good initial start and useful feedback, they simply failed to close the loop. I believe my questions and what I required were too difficult for them to handle. Do yourself a favour; don't expect any customer care after you purchase. Very poor and better to avoid..
