Poor customer service

Good day, I had a very bad experience with Adendorff. I bought a breaker on the 6th of May 2023, two weeks later the breaker dont want to go on. I took it to the branch in Gezina to book it for repairs. The guy that does the booking could not assist me immediatly because one of his collegues were busy on his computer googled cars that is not work related. I and up frustrating left my details on his desk and leave without receiving a repair booking slip. After many phone calls and emails, someone called me laat week Thursday after another week of waiting told me the breaker will cost R3400.00 to repair. Immediatly i ask the guy is he crazy and he tild me i am rude. I ask him did he go through the email comunication before he called me, he said no. I told him to get the communication and he insist that i am rude. Since then a week later no communication at all.
