I have an HQ800 lathe - which developed a problem with its gear box. I contacted the importer of this machine in South Africa and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they have spares in stock at very reasonable prices.<br> I bought a gear from them, which unfortunately failed ( seemed a factory fault).<br> Stoffel Foxcroft from head office really went the extra mile - he supp**** me at no charge with a replacement gear, which he couriered to me for free in Pretoria to save me a trip to Johannesburg and delays waiting for new stock, etc.<br> Great Service - I recommend this company for value for money tools!
