Online order of generator - only received wheels

I placed an order online (80187) for a generator on 7 December 2022, including delivery. On 12 December I received delivery of the wheels and handle only, no generator. I have been calling trying to find out what is going on since 13 December without any luck. I was referred to the logistics company but they said they were only given 1 item (box with wheels and handle) and had the waybill to prove it. I was told the person who handles online orders was on leave and another person would try to assist but there was 40 other queries he had to attend to!
