No Back-up or after sales service from this company.
Previously had very poor service from Adendorff - Krugersdorp. Like a fool went there today 19 Feb 2025 at about 14:30 to query a part that I require for one of my machines. This is an Adendorff machine and therefore am forced to go to Adendorff. At the "parts" counter I was number 3 in line. No one in sight to help. After a while customer number two left and walked out of the door without been served. I stood around for at least the next 10 to 15 minutes and there was still no assistance to be found. Also walked out. The counter staff at the tills are only cash collectors and they cannot assist or intervene with the parts dept. Unfortunately, I just have to come to terms that going forward there is no interest or back-up from this company.
I’m truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had at our Krugersdorp branch. We should have had someone assisting you at the parts counter, and I completely understand why this situation left you disappointed.

Will not take any call from an Adendorff representative as I will never be an Adendorff customer ever again. Want nothing from Adendorff. No parts required as I am getting rid of all Adendorff tools and equipment from my workshop.
As it stands now Adendorff has done no investigation as to why the parts counter was left unattended for such a long period of time and clearly once again this will just be another exercise by Adendorff in lip service.
Nothing will change as the poor service delivery is well entrenched in the Adendorff DNA.
