New generators problem

I`was looking for a silent 5.5kw silent generator. went to adandorf as i saw an advert. The generator I was given was a 4.5kw and 5.5kva they said they had no stock on silent, I was given 1 year warranty. It had a problem within the first 3 months though i did not use it everyday. adendorf is about 70km from where i stay. I the took it in for checking it was taken in for 2 weeks. I went to collect it within 2 weeks again it was broken, called to report the matter. they said I must bring it in. I took it in. when i came back i did not use it, but the day i started it could not work. I called again they still say i must bring it in, when i tell them that i am using money to go to their place the say there is nothing they can do. please help
