Liers and disgusting service

After my previous complaint Addendorffs does not even deserve a star . After my complaint I did receive a call from their Head office very quicly to my surprise but the crux of the call I received was as follows: I would get a call from the PMB BRANCH AND THAT THEY WOULD SORT OUT A MACHINE THAT WORKS BARRING THE FUEL LEAK. Well I’ve received nothing . The so called Mr Stoffel would have called from the technical side but to no avail . I’ve been instructed by my client that money back would keep my company name clear of any inconsistencies as per my company garentees . So to save face I’ve kept my promise and paid the client back as he bought his own machine , installation was a freebie from our side . So how many more could be facing the same scenario . Addendorf you really know how to bring a small bussniss down after all the years surport that I’ve given this company . Nothing more disgusting in our climate of small businesses . That their directors can’t or will not assist their surpporters , but I can assure them that I will not rest till they can admit thier useless aftersales service and thier incompatant staff at PMB and this so called Stoffel . I really hope they can sleep at night after this disgusting service , what about all the others that don’t know better that have been done in
