Impossible to get hold of for maintenance issue
Bought a generator end of May this year. Machine not working, tried calling 7 times, everytime I am transferred and cut off. Even after TELLING them Im being cut off al the time, the lady takes my nr and says she’ll call me back if I am cut off, same thing just happens again. I honestly dont understand how you can run a business like this

One of your technicians also told me on whatsapp now that they dont have technicians to do outcalls, this is NOT what was agreed and discussed when I made the purchase. He also asked me for a COC? Strange how all the excuses is now being used so NOT to assist

Yes Ive been transferred around in the boksburg branch and also got cut off.
One of your technicians also told me on whatsapp now that they dont have technicians to do outcalls, this is NOT what was agreed and discussed when I made the purchase. He also asked me for a COC? Strange how all the excuses is now being used so NOT to assist
