Having recently placed a large order of machinery for carpentry work, I was very pleased to receive such efficient service. They kept me updated with my purchase and its progress. One of their warehouse personnel by the name of Jacques phoned me to keep me abreast with the order and assured me that the order due to unforeseen delays on their part would be resolved on the following day which was done and was informed that the machinery is on its way.
