Faulty Mac Afric generator

I'm so disappointed with Adendorff Edenvale. They have no after sales service. My aunt bought a Mac Afric generator from them on 31 January 2023 and she has had no joy out of it, only problems. It is obvious that the generator is a dud but Adendorff expects her now to return the generator to there store. My aunt is 72 years old how in the world is she expected to do that. She doesn't have the means to take it back. Adendorff was very quick to take her money. The decent thing to do is for Adendorff to go and collect it and change it for one that is not faulty or give her a refund so she can buy one that actually works. Adendorff delivered it but is now refusing to collect it. I won't leave it there, she paid alot of money for it and has not had any joy out of it. At her age she shouldn't have to be treated so poorly. It is an absolute disgrace how Adendorff has handled this matter. Absolutely disgusted with them
