Extremely poor back up

I have in my possession a Mini Mill brought from Adendorff's about two years ago. The protective rubbers have cracked due to the use of oil on the machine this happens naturally and can be expected. I approached Addendorff's Springfield spares to order new ones only to be told they are not prepared to order them for me. These units are still sold by Adendorff Machines are good, back up non-existent.
