I Have a big problem with, Ardendorf Centurion! The people at the tills are very rude and misleading! What happen was that i gave my tools in for repairs and when they contacted me they send me an sms to confirm the price for the repair and what they are going to repair! I waited ages yet still no word of the tools being repaired.when i finally out of my own went to collect my tools they were ready yet i was not informed. After collecting my tools and paying i was under the impression that everything was repaired. I left and tested my tools.only to find they had cut the cable of my welding machine off. Not giving it back to me.The tool was not in working condition and no repairs had been done on the machine. I have been a loyal client to this place for years. But thanks to their poor service and misleading behaviour i will never set foot there again!!!!
