Disgusting service
I would like to express terrible service received from Boksburg branch. How the staff, manager and area manager have no customer service on how to handle complaints. I should of really done research with regards to purchasing a product from this brand. With the amount of compliants on this platform alone it speaks for its self. As a company as big as yours. You should really stop selling cheap products and train your staff better on customer service. Utterly DISGUSTING. WORDS CAN'T EVEN ACTUALLY DISCRIBE THE SERVICE RECEIVED.
