Disgusting service

The worst Service Ive ever had from anyone I requested a quotation form their Randburg Branch around 8 in the morning I then called around 10 to check if anyone had recieved my mail to which they confirmed and rudely said they will get back to me WHEN they can, so i tried all thier other branches and had the same response, one of th6e gentlemen at the Boksburg branch put the phone aside and started helping some one else while i was on the phone and said to me that he hasnt even eaten so he will get back to me when he can, I spent ALL day calling all thier branches but they either tell me they will help when ever or they just dont answer and its a shame as this goes for their head office as well no answer all day i wonder how you still open
