Delays in ordering a Generator Exhaust Adendorff Witbank

I have ordered and paid for a generator exhaust as a replacement part at Adendorff witbank , I have been waiting for a month now and each time i call there is a excuse for why the part isn't there yet , firstly I was told that head office has the part they will order it , then the part never made it to the delivery truck. Thereafter head office suddenly didn't have stock of the part anymore and after another week they have stock again ? When will I , if ever get my part ?
