Brand new generator not working
I purchased a brand new generator from the rustenburg branch and had it installed at a significant cost , when it was installed we noticed the generator does not start and the battery is flat , petrol also leaked from the generator . Upon contacting the branch I am told that I need to pay R500 for someone to come to my home ( less then 5 km away ) to sort the problem out . This is terrible service as the generator received from you guys was faulty and no fault of mine .
