Bad/Poor After-Sales Service

I took a Horizontal Metal Wood Cutting Band Saw in for repairs at The Steve Biko Rd branch in Gezina, on 18 August 2021 and was helped by Kegan. After a week I phoned and was told it is going to be sent to their head office and they will phone me. I phoned on 8 September 2021 and was told by Kegan that they are awaiting an answer from their head office, to which I stated that was unacceptable and I want the machine back. By 16 September 2021, still no phone call from Kegan and when I try to phone, he is always busy or they just leave the phone on the desk. I have been buying from Adendorff for years but after this I will rather buy at Builders Warehouse or any other store. They are great at sales but their after-sales service sucks.

Reviewer Update
Just a followup on this utterly useless service being provided.

My Horizontal Metal Wood Cutting Band Saw was eventually returned to me after many weeks of phone calls.
After arriving at The Steve Biko Rd branch in Gezina, I was surprised to be told my Band Saw had been repaired but many parts were broken which they had to fix. (I originally sent my Band Saw in for a blade adjustment because it kept coming off the guides.)
To my utter surprise i noticed that my Band Saw had been striped for parts and not a single part had not been loosened or been tampered with. Many apologies were made but nothing concrete was done and thus my Band Saw is still standing useless in my workshop because of dishonest people.
Upon another visit to the shop, I was informed that the Band Saw was going to be replaced as soon as China opened for exports and they could get the necessary Band Saw, what utter nonsense.
Now after many weeks and months, still no call from them as to a followup or any word on it arriving from 'China'.
This company has no regard for their customers as all they see are sales and after that the poor client must sort out their problems.

I did make the mistake of buying a 10 L Manual Paint Pot, which worked great in the beginning.
The rubber seal that is near the trigger broke and paint was flowing freely from the gun. Thus the Paint Pot is then became utterly unusable.
When I phoned as to replacement seals for the gun, I was informed that they only sell the gun and it is basically my problem to get a replacement seal.
No part number is available to try and source a seal on the internet, so again I am stuck with a item bought from them with no way of using it.
I am scared to take the paint gun in for repairs as it will be used for spare parts and broken pieces will be returned.

I write this as a warning to other people as to the after-sales service that is being supp****.
