Bad service/quality issues from Adendorff Machinery

Purchased a 10 mm cobalt drill bit on 30 Oct 2019 from Adendorff Machinery in Steve Biko Street, Pretoria from Salesman Brian Harper. This was indicated as a to be a very strong drill bit. On drilling the 3rd hole the drill bit was not drilling through the metal anymore. We returned the drill bit and it was exchanged by the salesperson stating it might be a bad drill bit. On 31 Oct the 2nd drill bit broke in 2 while drilling putting the persons health in danger. We returned the bit and exchange or refund was refused. The Supplier is Alpen.
