Bad service bad product.no value for money.

Last year December I purchased a electric water pressure machine from adendorff polokwane. To my amazement the machine stopped working a few months after purchase. I took it in for repaires since it was still under a 1 year warranty. A month or 2 passes and the same thing happens. I take it back and they repair it again.

I still go back again on 2 more occasions with the same problem, the last time being the 25th of September. My question is how can a machine I purchased for over R10000 keep giving me the same problem. Now I'm approaching my warranty end date and now I'm told that should the same problem arise I will have to start paying. I'm basically gonna be charged for a factory faulted machine they failed to fix when I was under warranty. I'm extremely disappointed with how the store consulted Richard handled our problem. He basically told us that it's gonna be our lose if the same problem comes. I request to have this problem sorted because for me to keep bringing this samr machine to the same store with the same problem keeps costing me money and clients. If only they sorted my problem with the same energy they had when I was paying. I need a replacement machine because I honestly never had peace with this machine.
