Adendorff - Zero after sales service

Zero after sales service - if you cannot carry it in forget technical assistance. I have a problem with fitting the first replacement abrasive strip on a brand new drum sander. After first being assured a technician will come to check the machine, i am now told i have to return the machine to the shop if i want technical assistance (it required a forklift to load at the shop when i bought it) - so beware
