Adendorff Sprinfield 5 mins of your time is too much to ask

on saturday we called the springfield branch to check what time they closed they informed us at 1pm. We left ballito at 11:30 to go and purchase a ****eater. on the highway we ended with car problems we called them again at 12:40 to say we may be a few minutes late and we are around the corner and told them we are coming from far. We were not aware that the store had moved premises and went to the old premises realizing they were not in the same spot anymore, we called again it was not 12:50 then we asked someone for directions to where they are now situated. We arrived at the door at 13:05 and they absolutely refused to help us with a sale of R2000 for a ****eater. Such poor service in times like these when businesses are so desperate for sales you should make more effort as 10 mins extra would not have cost you anything. But now you lost a sale and have a disgruntled customer and a bad review, hope it was worth it!
