Adendorff repair service is a joke

<p>I purchased a electric jack hammer in Jan 2017</p> <p>I used it for 2months and started using alot alot alot of brushes,i took it back to Shawn at the Edenvale branch the 17th May 2017</p> <p>He booked it for repair and put on the repair sheet GUARENTEE ,,NO,, well i followed up with Shawn on the 24th</p> <p>He said Wayne ill call you back...</p> <p>Its now the 26th , so i called him and asked him why he did not call me back... he got arugant and ok ok ok me ... </p> <p>He also said that the repair shop must send me a qoute????? As i told him again.THE HAMMER IS 5MONTHS OLD... WHY do i have to pay... again ok ok ok ok...</p> <p>ADENDORFF EDENVALE YOUR SERVICE SUCK ,, YOUR STAFF SUCKS</p> <p>RESOLVE MY REPAIR SO WE CAN PART WAYS PLEASE, BEFORE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS</p>
