Adendorff- poor customer service

Terrible customer service. No feedback and lack of accountability and communication from repairs department.

Checked in a breaker on 1/10/2025 made a follow up call, and a store visit on 11/10/2025 to find out status of repair as no assessment call or repair quote was given.

On 15/10/2025 I had to make another call not sure what the repairs consultants do because communication is definitely not part of their job description.

Machine is now repaired however will only be delivered from the jhb branch to Boksburg on 20/10/2025 because apparently they only receive delivery for repaired equipment once a week, for a big company like adendorff not to have vehicles they can send to collect a customers machinery is really poor service!
