Adendorff Machinery Mart Bloemfontein Shocking Customer Service

Customer service at Adendorff Machinery Mart in Bloemfontein is non existent and they must have the most arrogant and unreasonable staff in their employ. I tried to organise a lift for a pressure washer repaired under warranty which I bought from Adendorff a few months ago. I farm some 250 km from Adendorff in Bloemfontein and their Philip would not release the washer without the original repair note. Philip did not even trouble to phone me and check to see if we can make another arrangement and simply showed the person I have asked to pick up the washer, the door of the store. This is after I had to phone Adendorff twice to check on the progress with the repairs to the washer.

This is not my first bad experience with Adendorff Machinery Mart in Bloemfontein - a few years ago I experienced similar poor customer service with a replacement sprocket for a bench saw which I purchased from them
