I immediatly put my complaint in writing and got a stock standard reply, more emails to branch and client services - stock standard reply. it proves the dont give a *** about customer service. This caused me to get a mechanic in and he found that two "O" rings were never installed on the oil filter housing. If a pre delivery inspection was done a said it would, problem found. These guys dont give a damn about after sales service. **** poor performance.</div>
