Adendorff Bloemfontein they are the worst in service and they don't refund their clients.😡😡

<div>I bought a electric pipe threading machine at adendorff Bloemfontein on the 5th December 2024 and I paid for delivery. The machine was not delivered until today. I tried to reach out several times and no assistance. My client cancelled my order because there was no delivery. I tried to reach out until I was able to talk to store manager who is ******, he is worse in customer service, unprofessional and very rude . He doesn't listen to customer and he has no clue of what is happening and even after you told him and sent him an email with supporting documents of the order. I requested for refund I was taken from pillar to post and no refund until to date. When I call to check the progress of the refund he always promised that the money will be refunded and he is still busy and he has sent the documents to Head office (Aeroton) for processing. I called Aeroton and I spoke to ****** in customer service but he was surprised because the process of refund is done at the store where you bought the goods because they are the ones who have control of the store bank account. I paid for delivery and the machine at the store in Bloemfontein Adendorff. I suspect they might have sold the machine to another client and pocketed the money and thought I won't request the refund.</div>
