No service

<p>I had a burst pipe in my house in Joburg that i rent out and phoned the insurace to get it fixed. I was told to get a plumber and send them the bill. When the plumber got there it was quite a big job and phoned me to say the assessor needs to come amd see as it is a big job. I phoned Bridget Johnson from Addsure who decided she was a qualified plumber and from her office in cape town that it was a leaking pipe and not a burst pipe as the plumber said and refused to send someone as it t would cost them too much to send an assesor. The bill has risen to 25 000 and they job still isn't complete yet no help from the insurance company. Is this the tyoe of service they offer you pay insurance but you must cover the costs for damage becasue some unqualified womam won't do her job properly?</p>
