Most frustrating experience with a home insurer
This insurer has no sense of emergency at all. A gyser claim takes over a month to resolve. I had a burst gyser, send all required documents and was told to go ahead and fix it. Once that is done I am told they will only pay the max cover hence I was not told that would be the case. Now I am still struggling to get my refund a whole month into putting claim....
