They gave me a rash as opposed to curing it

I bought Ad**** Ingrams SBR Lipo Cream as suggested by my dermatologist and 70% of it consisted of air. I expressed this in my email.

I wrote in to Ad**** Ingram and they had a courier company collect it on the 18th.

I had to continuously follow up with Zandile Ngubane and Ramchandra Chilkawar with regards to what's going on.

I AGAIN expressed that I had no problem with the product- I had a problem with the volume packaged. They had the audacity to say that I "should have told them" what my issue was. I sent a screenshot of my first email expressing the issue and they promised that a sample would be delivered.

I followed up for a whole week and I was given stories. I was promised that my sample would be delivered.

A week later - STILL NOTHING.

I explained my need for the cream but my cries fell on dead ears.

I've never been met with such competence from an esteemed company like Ad**** Ingram and I am disgusted in the brand.
