**** Service from Ad****

We app**** for CRRT machines from Ad****, submitted everything and account was approved and we met with one of the sales managers and we were assured everything was in order that was in early March 2022.

We were then told to wait because there are currently no machines available and they will know end of March because of the war between Russia and that other country since their machines are being shipped.

We have been waiting since then, when we call their sales rep its stories after stories, I called him in May he said end of June they are getting stock. Now i called him yesterday the 20th of June 2022 He is singing a different tune telling us they cancelled all orders because they don’t know when they will have machines.

What disturbs us is the time wasted and money lost while being promised **** by Ad****, and at the end to be dropped like that.. ad**** is not a company to rely on!!!
