Paying for emptiness

I was urged by friends to try Vita-thion so I purchased a box of 60 sachets. After the first couple of sachets I found some closed sachets full of, wait for it, emptiness. People generally overlook this sort of problem because it is such a mission to report it and get a refund or replacement. I certainly won't be buying this product again.
