medicine tampered with

I bought bronclear medicine at Parklands Pharmacy only to find water inside the container, contacted the pharmacy and went back in to report the matter and I was rudley told to contact ad**** the supplier as there's no help that I will get, Tsala Banda and the manager said I must contact ad**** outside the premises, once the medicine is out their pharmacy thers no turning back.
