Full Price For 2/3 of a Product- Citro Soda Cranberry

I decided to purchase a bottle of Citro Soda (Cranberry) from one of the Dischem stores as usual. I got home and was ready to use the product when I discovered that only 2/3 of the bottle was full. There was an entire third of the product missing. As much as most products are never full to the brim, it is ridiculous for me to pay for a big bottle of the product and only receive 2/3 of it. I also took a few pictures before I broke the bottle seal to show that the product was never tampered with. Kindly address.
