Faulty tamper-proof packaging

I recently bought an Ad**** Ingram product a bottle of Natrodale Omega 3-6-9 capsules at Clicks.<br> <br> When I opened it, the whole top came off instead of just the inner portion coming away. Realising that the bottle was not tamper-proof, I reported the matter to Ad**** Ingram - as advised by Clicks - on 13 April 2015. After speaking to Zandile Ngubane, the bottle was replaced on Monday 11 May - which did exactly the same thing. <br> <br> Zandile admitted that the company was aware of a packaging issue and was 'working on it'. Until then, though, it would continue selling the current product. <br> <br> Sensing my amazement, Zandile escalated my complaint. I was then approached by group quality auditor Jacks Skosana who was most arrogant in his dealings. On being advised that I would be issued with yet another bottle but from a different batch, I ended the call. <br> <br> They are playing down what I deem to be a serious flaw impacting the safety and quality of one of their products. There should be a prouct recall of this entire batch and any other affected products.<br> <br> I certainly won't be purchasing any more Natrodale or other Ad**** Ingram products.
