False advertising, selling water as medicine

So I went to the pharmacy to buy some essential meds. I manage to purchase "Broncleer" it's a cough syrup, to my surprise when I opened the bottle just to find it was water. So I went to buy another one just to find that it's water again. And to my surprise the was a client whom also went to the pharmacy to complain about the samething. So Ad**** Ingram is selling water to pharmacies and telling that it's *Broncleer* cause the pharmacist opened another bottles in front of us was water and some was the cough syrup. So please ad**** Ingram stop presenting that you selling cough syrup whilst it's water inside. Cause the pharmacies aren't giving our money back .
