Epimax Baby and Junior cream 400 g

During 2021 we bought 5 Epimax Baby and Junior cream 400 g at different Checkers stores in the Western Cape. We use this cream primarily as a soap for my 2 year old daughter as she has a sensitive skin. Of the 5 tubs, we could not use 4 of them as they contained small plastic-like particles, when app**** to the skin it feels as though there are small stones mixed with the cream. The reason why we continued buying this product was in the hopes that the previous tub was a defect and a new tub will not have the particles inside it, all of this in vain as 4 of the 5 tubs had this particles in them. I emailed Ad**** on the 15 Jan, received a response on the 17th whereby I then had to fill out a complaints form. Further correspondence was received on the 28 Jan with a promise to replace product and collect the defective products. To date I have received no replacement products and am still sitting with the "defective products". Simple advise, do not buy this product.
