Bad customer service

I bought Compral about a year ago and found the sachets in the box were not sealed properly so i complained on the web site. A few hours later a gentleman from India called to find out the issue and told me that the customer service from Durban will contact me. 3 months later a courier company came to my home to pick up the faulty sachets without inform me ( I threw them away because nobody bothered) today I get a letter from Sihle Nqqeleni the Group QMS Pharmacist of Ad**** Ingram to say sorry for the inconvenience but they checked all documentation and could not find a root cause. All this took almost a year. The letter was signed on 26/11/2019 and I received it today 4/2/2020.
