An apology to Patients without prior notice - Meaningless thank you very much

<p>I went in to fill my Obex LA presccription yesterday only to be told that Ad**** Ingram "has discontinued OBEX LA TABS 30's due to limited manufacturing capabilities". What??? What does that even mean?? Ad**** Ingram does not have the capability to manufacture this medication? I don't buy that story for one second! Obex is the only appetite suppresant that actually works (and it has very limited side effects in comparison to the dangerous other products freely and cheaply available to the public in South Africa). Why on earth would you take it off the market? Is it the cost? If that's the case you should, as a responsible company, a) advise your consumers that you intend making something unavailable at least 6 months in advance, giving us the opportunity to respond or to make alternative arrangements to get our medication; and b) at least give us/suggest to us an alternative to OBEX LA. I find your actions totally inconsiderate and insensitive. Shocking service Adcocck Ingram</p>
