Ad**** Ingram Critical Care delivery service is pathetic

I have end stage renal failure and in June 2019 my peritoneal dialysis port was inserted. Ad**** Ingram had to deliver my dialysis solution stock weeks ago but to date I have not received my medication. As per the renal clinic nurses Ad**** Ingram claims not to find my physical address...if that was the issue why have I not received a call from Ad**** in order to direct them to my home. I have been inconvenienced twice now needing to collect my medication from Helen Joseph Renal Unit because of Ad****s negligence and it has been a massive battle getting transport/a car to help me collect my medication, it almost seem impossible. At the end of the day I need my medication!
