2-in-1 Vita-thion. Effervescent Tablets

On 22 Feb 2016 I bought a double pack of the above product. On opening one of the sealed plastic containers I found a hand-full of orange/brownish coloured ***** of about .5 mm in diameter inside. I was quite shocked as you always accept these products to be safe coming from a \ reputable\" supplier and being sold by a \"reputable\" company.<br> This was reported to Ad**** Ingram on 29 Feb 2016 and also to Dischem on 19 March 2016. Both acknowledged receipt but that was the last I heard from them.<br> As this products is for human consumption it is extremely worrying, as there is obviously a serious problem with there manufacturing, control and responsibility.<br> I have since stopped using the product as the identity of the contamination is still a mystery and I am not prepared to take a chance on my safety, as it could be anything imaginable and not one of these two companies really care.<br> So be care-full, when you use these food supplements, and as far as I know there is also very little legislation or authority that control food supplements"
