PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ACUMEN QUEST OR IS IT THE STAFF??????

Please DO NOT sign up with Acumen Quest. From inception all I have ever gotten was POOR service from their consultants. I have complained about my UPS on many occasions from Nov 2021 regarding iit's poor life span during load shedding. I alway got a story about today or tomorrow I will get one. Eventually in Feb after my UPS was collected, guess what load shedding was back and I was still left without a UPS. I run a business and my telephone lines need to be working but thanks to Acumen, my clients can't get ahold of me. Most recently I requested that a 2nd line be opened at my business. Other companies would jump at that, but not Acumen Quest. Still no 2nd line open. Clearly this company doesn't know about customer service or know how to keep their clients. Perhaps it's my bad luck that I ended up with such pathetic Business Solutions Analyst. The sales person was even worse, promised me the world, didn't deliver and the BSA took over. AQ, please cancel my contract and take away your equipment, you clearly don't have respect for your small fry clients.
