Worst After sale experience by Stan Thinane

We bought a vehicle this past this December from Stan . His reluctance in assisting us should have been the first red flag but we gave him benefit of the doubt. We have taken delivery of the car but to date no title deed of the car has been delivered even the spare key as promised. We constantly have to keep calling him and he will promise to revert back to no avail... This is causing unnecessary stress on us because how do we prove that the car belong to us now.!!
