No feedback - no service - no trust Action Ford Krugersdorp

Client – JR Webster - Vehicle – Ford EcoSport 1.5 TDCi ambient The cambelt of the above vehicle broke. The vehicle has been at Action Ford since the 20th of March 2026. I am not receiving feedback from Kgotso, so I have escalated the matter to Jaco. Since yesterday, I have not been getting feedback from either. M-Sure is waiting for documents to proceed with the claim. I need this matter to be resolved this week. I want a courtesy car, as we are paying R4,000 p/w to rent a vehicle and need to use the Bolt service from Randfontein to Lanseria twice a week.
