It is ****************. No where did they state that they will charge for "admin fee" on my overdue account that is due to Mr Price. My account would have been paid up by now. In econonmic times like this you charge R 25.00 for an sms. Disgusting practice. my charges to ACS just in additional fees is nearly R 1,400.00. shocking behaviour
