Acs Credit - Paid Debt handed over to another company as unpaid.

My wife had debt from Mr Price handed over to them. I paid to the account on 31/03/2020 08:48 . My wife is now being called by a different company for the same debt that I have paid in full. Now the new company wants double the amount that was paid.
